A modular kitchen is the single most-used room in most Navi Mumbai homes, and the one most homeowners regret rushing. Innovation Interior has been designing and installing modular kitchens from its Sector 15, Kharghar studio since 2005, across the belt from Panvel to Vashi.
We plan the layout — straight, L-shape, U-shape or island — around your cooking habits first: how many people cook, where the gas line and exhaust run, how much dry and wet storage you actually need. The carcass, shutters and hardware are then built and fitted by the same team that designed the layout, so a mismatch between the drawing and the site is our problem to catch, not yours.
We work with moisture-resistant carcass material, soft-close hardware from Hettich, and quartz or granite counters, so the kitchen holds up to daily Navi Mumbai humidity and use rather than looking good only on handover day.

How much does a modular kitchen cost in Kharghar?
It depends on the layout, carcass material, shutter finish and hardware you pick — a straight-line kitchen costs less than an island layout with premium fittings. We don't quote a figure without seeing the space, because two kitchens of the same size can price very differently depending on finish. How long does modular kitchen installation take?
Once the design is finalised, fitting a straight or L-shape kitchen typically takes about 2-3 weeks; island layouts or kitchens combined with civil changes take longer. We confirm a schedule at the design stage so you know what to expect before work starts.
Can I get a modular kitchen for a rental or small flat?
Yes — straight and L-shape layouts work well in compact kitchens, and we'll tell you honestly if a full modular fit-out is overkill for a very small or short-term space. Sometimes a partial upgrade (counter + storage) makes more sense than a full rebuild.
Which is better, laminate or acrylic shutters?
Laminate is more scratch-resistant and easier to maintain day to day; acrylic gives a glossier finish but shows fingerprints and scratches more easily. We'll show you both in person before you decide.
Do you handle the electrical and plumbing changes too?
Yes — since we handle civil work and fabrication in-house as well, chimney ducting, hob gas points and under-cabinet wiring are planned and executed by the same team as the kitchen, not handed off to a separate contractor.
